Two weeks. One class. No pilot fee. Learners practise Chinese with Hua, teachers review the records, and both teams assess whether the experience fits the course. There is no commitment to continue.两周、一个班、免费试点。学生用小华练习中文，老师查看练习记录，双方共同判断是否适合现有课程；试点不附带后续采购承诺。

What the pilot is designed to learn试点观察什么

A two-week pilot provides evidence about use and teaching fit. It does not establish long-term language gains or predict exam results. We agree on observation criteria before starting.两周试点用于了解实际使用与教学适配情况，不据此承诺长期语言提升或预测考试成绩。观察口径在试点开始前共同约定。

A shared plan, with clear responsibilities双方分工

Learners · 参与练习

As a starting schedule, plan two or three sessions per week, ten to fifteen minutes each, with one scenario per session. Adjust this around your class timetable.建议每周 2–3 次，每次 10–15 分钟，一次围绕一个场景展开，并结合班级课表调整。

Teaching team · 对齐课程

Choose the learning goals and one or two scenarios, introduce the practice to students, and set aside around fifteen minutes a week to review records and share feedback.确定学习目标与 1–2 个场景，向学生介绍练习方式，并建议每周安排约 15 分钟查看记录、反馈使用情况。

OmniTwin team · 配置与支持

Configure the agreed scenarios and knowledge base, provide a 30-minute online introduction for the teaching team, review the pilot each week, and prepare a written observation report at the end.配置约定的场景与知识库，为教学团队提供一次 30 分钟线上说明；每周共同复盘，结束时提交书面观察报告。

From preparation to review启动流程

Before the pilot试点前	Confirm class details, materials, practice scope, access, and data requirements. Agree on a start date after setup is ready.确认班级情况、课程材料、练习范围、访问与数据要求，环境就绪后共同确定开始时间。
Week 1第一周	Introduce the practice, observe access and participation, and gather initial teaching feedback.完成使用说明，观察访问与参与情况，收集首轮教学反馈。
Week 2第二周	Continue the agreed practice and review recurring difficulties and record usefulness.按约定继续练习，观察反复出现的困难及记录的实用性。
Closing review结束复盘	Review the observation report together and decide whether to refine the scope, continue, or conclude.共同查看观察报告，决定调整范围、推进后续合作或结束试点。

What to prepare发起试点所需的信息

Learning goals课程与目标	One or two scenarios, with any relevant syllabus, lesson plan, or authorised teaching material.希望练习的 1–2 个场景，以及相关大纲、教案或有权使用的教学材料。
Devices and access设备与访问	Phone or tablet availability, headphones, network access, and any institutional deployment requirements.手机或平板、耳机与网络条件，以及机构对部署方式的要求。
Coordination时间与联系人	Preferred start date and one teaching contact for setup and weekly review.预期开始时间，以及负责对接配置和每周复盘的教学联系人。

Confirming the scope启动前共同确认

The pilot uses Hua. We confirm the scenarios, teacher record fields, access permissions, and data arrangements before starting. Aya, Qiang, custom branding, and broader integrations are separate topics for project planning.试点以小华为起点。启动前确认练习场景、教师记录字段、访问权限与数据安排；阿娅、阿强、品牌定制及其他系统对接，另行结合项目需求规划。

There are no scores, rankings, or exam-pass predictions in this pilot. The closing discussion focuses on real use, teaching relevance, and what your team would need next.本试点不出分数、排名或考试通过预测。结束讨论聚焦真实使用、教学相关性及机构后续需要的支持。
